At TjobsRecruit (and our portal Tjobs.ro) we believe in bringing together employers and aspiring employees in a fair and equitable manner. Genuine, verified job opportunities, presented by us or by one of our partner agencies for qualified and tested employees, who are willing to work hard abroad. That’s why the first letter in our name, the “T”, stands for “Trusted”.
We work tirelessly to avoid “surprises” for everyone involved in oftentimes complex recruitment processes.
Why we are different
TjobsRecruit and Tjobs.ro were founded by Calin Stefanescu and Sebastian Niezgoda in 2009. Our goal was to create an internet-enabled recruitment service that improves the efficiency of a modern jobs portal by combining it with a proprietary network of agencies. As such, TjobsRecruit is now an organisation that can compete head-on with multinational recruitment companies such a Adecco, Randstad or Manpower, at a fraction of their headcount and overhead costs.
It took us over two years to build our network of over 500 Central & Eastern European recruitment agencies, which aggregates the services of over 2,000 recruiters. Over time, our web (Email-T) and communication tools (Tel-T, SMS-T) have become a valuable resource for our partner agencies, assisting them with day-to-day workflow processes, while we work tirelessly to facilitate agencies’ access to quality candidates and recruitment mandates.
For our employer clients, our networks enable them to access an unprecedented two million CVs in the region, and allows our own team of professionals to meet the tightest of deadlines and fill orders for virtually any number of personnel, while ensuring the highest level of execution quality.
At the beginning of 2011, a CEE based investment fund and a number of Western Europe based private investors invested a large six figure sum in TjobsRecruit to provide capital for a more rapid roll out of our services to employers, agencies and candidates.

Tjobsrecruit covers all aspects of the recruiting process: selection of candidates, testing of candidates, interviewing, evaluation, background checks, training (if necessary), as well as the financial and organisational administration of employees. In certain instances we are able to offer free replacements from a stand-by pool of candidates.
We believe that together with our network, our clients have by far the largest Central and East European recruitment “system” at their disposal, with over 165,000 people placed by more than 500 companies in 65 countries over the last three years.
And finally
Finding the perfect employees (or the perfect way to employ them) is time and resource consuming, not to mention costly, and you will more often than not be left with the question whether you have indeed selected the best staff for you.
Additionally, the recruiting process is often an ongoing activity, no breaks, as staff turnover is real and business needs are constantly subject to change. If you are happy with the way your business is coping with such HR challenges, you don't need a recruiter because you are likely to be a staffing company already.
But if you are in a different industry, you probably prefer to focus on your real business and may wish to let us take care of your staff needs in a professional manner. This way you can be sure that we will not hesitate to fly to the moon to get you your dream employees.
